SDK Configuration

Featured Replies

All,

I want to configure my keyboard and the switches on my Saitek TPM to work with the controls in the PMDG 737NGX, since switching views all the time is a pain, even when using Ezdok.  I am viewing the PDF manual in the Modules folder to try to learn how to use the system, but I still don't understand how to pick which buttons go with which command.  I'm using Notepad++ to view the .h file.  I haven't been able to find anything on YouTube, so I figured this forum would be the best place to ask.  Any help anyone can provide is appreciated.

You need to be familiar with C++ to take advantage of the SDK, or find a third party that is already providing this as a product.

Why is switching views necessary?  My solution is simple, I have a high quality trackball and I use it and the spacebar to toggle pan/zoom and I can pretty much see and touch everything in the VC Cockpit without switching views.  Using the trackball is a lot easier than a mouse, only caveat is it should be a good one.
