I just switched from the FSX version of the PMDG 737 800 to the P3D version. In P3D. I am not able to highlight and move the pilot's MCP to a different location (don't get the + sign when putting the curser on the instrument). The FMC, ND and co-pilot's MCP move ok.

Can anyone suggest a fix this.

I think you mean the pilots PFD (the MCP is the mode control panel that has all the AFDS controls):
