Since FSDreamTeam updated GSX with a 3rd loader, I have added the Bulk Cargo loader into the file and you can download it here:

I created a modification to add the Bulk cargo belt loader to the 777-200.

Assuming you've already done some GSX modifications to the PMDG 777-200 aircraft configurations, then you can edit the gsx.cfg in

    \user\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\Airplanes\PMDG 777-200LR\

change the default:
[cargomain]
remove = 1

To:
[cargomain]
pos = 2.29 -18.66 -0.84 9.70
code = 0
uldcode = BELT
