Using Flight Radar 24 to create routes

Is there any way to make a route using FR24 I can input into simroutes, or FsBuilder, or sky vector efficiently? http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/117132-route-analysis-with-fr24-and-skyvector/ I found this but it takes a lot of effort (without excel) and requires payment. 

If there is absolutely no way to do this, please just post it isn't possible.

No because of airac cycles also aircraft might get vectored off the Airway etc etc
