Has anyone else had this problem, for some reason my Scenery Library has been "reshuffled" with the ORBX scenery at the bottom which is creating some elevation issues.

you can put it back in FTX central/ setting

Also, be sure to run ORBXLibs from within FTX Central.

Also be sure to set your Library Insertion Points from within FTX Central. Very common for it not to be set at all and then people have issues with it.
