November 18, 20178 yr Hi guys, My Windows 10 decided it was time for another update... But after the install of said update, AS won't start up anymore. Cloud Art will work if I start that up separately, but AS does nothing at all. I have the latest update installed, tried to reinstall the whole package, but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks! November 18, 20178 yr Hi Sander, Security software like AVG, Kaspersky, Norton etc. can interfere with programs like ASP4. Please add exclusions (even after updating) to prevent blocking. If this does not help you may want to consider temporarily uninstalling your AV. If you do not resolve the issue please open a ticket at http://support.hifitechinc.com and include all logs which are located at c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\hifi\AS_P3Dv4\AS _P3Dv4_Log_xxxxx.txt \Robert Hamlich/
