Maybe this is not important to a lot of people but if I buy a product I want to fully own it. Having my profiles exclusively in the cloud is not my idea of ownership.

Plus, the other day my ISP was down and I could not use CP . . .

Is this something that could potentially happen ?

Already fixed in 0.4, you can use it offline

0.4 is available in the Experimental version (you can enable that version in the Preferences)
