no buttons working

my buttons for controlling the secondary and primary keyboard and joy won't function all P3DV4 WITH PMDG 777 UPDATED

Also sound is not working with 777 even though  set up to speakers

 

I cant hear the pf event nor can I hear PA

 

only in the 777 the ngx works fine

The NGX and 777 share the same audio system and key assignments.

Your results should be the same.

Try re-installing the 777 aircraft and FS2Crew.

Double check the manual to ensure you're not missing anything.
