Getting error message on startup

I reinstalled the sim today and got this message on startup.

 

your computer has run out of available memory. please restart sim and select different graphic settings. how do you do that when its stuck on the opening screen.

What sim version are you running? V3 or v4?

Have you changed the name of the plane which is used in the default flight? I got that message after "cleaning up" the names of my planes in v4.

Delete Prepar3D.cfg in ...AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v... Let sim build new one. Sometimes this works.

i tried that it didn't work.

I had similar issues...however happened after I started installing add-on scenery. I deleted scenery .cfg. After that I had to do clean up and sort it out. But got her going.
