I just picked up the Q400 and fs2crew last week so im learning both systems, but i was expecting a little more automation from the FO as compared to the 737/777 versions. I notice this more in the before/after start checklists where the FO goes through the checklist items but im expected to perform the actions. The FO in the PMDG versions seems to do more of the tedious stuff.

FS2Crew for the Dash 8 is basically an exact reproduction of the way they did thing at a US airline.  We went for max realism.

Every FS2Crew is different, because every airline we model is different and every airplane is different.
