I don't know where you can download them, but you can at least view flightplans (and plug them manually into an FMC) at several sites. Two I like are:http://www.simroutes.comhttp://www.flightaware.com <-- This site has real airline flight plansOnce you get the route, you can use fsroute < http://www.fsroute.com > to build the flight plan and export it to FS or PMDG/Level-D. I've never used fsroute though, so I can't say much about it.
