December 7, 20178 yr Hi, I'm having an issue with pasting the registration key provided by Radar Contact. I have sent two emails and received very fast a product key. Unfortunately on both keys - after I enter and click the button, it does not take me to Rader Contact but just leaves me on my desktop. I have looked at the forum here and tried all the solutions - i.e. "run as Admin", reboot, send another email for the key, etc. all to no avail. When I enter the key from my email, it just takes a "spin" for a minute and takes me back to my desktop. I'm running Win 7 (Had Win 10 - but that was a pain) and thought that would correct any issues. Can anybody advise why after pasting the Reg Key it does nothing and not load the program?
December 7, 20178 yr Moderator Are you also including any preceding - character in the supplied key? If you've had an automated reply with your key then everything has to have been correct otherwise the email would not have been sent. Ray (Cheshire, England). December 7, 20178 yr Author There were no preceding characters in the key sent to me. It was just a string of about 60 characters, both alpha and numerical. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and obtained a new key - all to no avail. Any thoughts would be appreciated
