hello pmdg supporters im having trouble with mhy pmdg 737 ngx hud when i push it down i dont see aniything and if i try the brightnes it wont work it stais blank, can someone help?

First please note PMDG rules regarding the use of our full names on all posts:

Are you seeing a blank HGS display or missing the HGS screen completely.  Has it worked before or is this a new installation? FSX or P3D? Some variations do not have the HGS installed, your default PMDG livery should have a working HGS.

Sounds to me like a missing dll.xml entry... but I‘m not on my computer to help further...
