December 23, 20178 yr I had the impression that I never heard the TCAS system test OK sound during the FO’s originating flow so during my last three originating flights I stopped my own work to observe my FO and indeed while I do see him do things like the anti skid and WX radar test he never performs the TCAS test. Anyone else notice this?

December 24, 20178 yr Author I did, that is at one of those times right after the FO’s flow was completed, I checked to see whether the test would work if I did it myself and indeed it did so.
