I play P3D v4. I connecting my throttle to the yoke so it won't work anymore too because the yoke is disconnect and isn't on the PC as connected device. 

Was the OS wrong information?

You have just one throttle unit? Does it have a PS/2 connection that means it can only be plugged into the Saitek yoke? The cable from the Saitek is fixed and cannot be changed. Have you tried plugging it into different USB2 sockets on your computer?

Do you have any other USB devices plugged into the computer? Either directly or via a powered USB hub? If you do then unplug those and see if the problem stops.

You mentioned this problem only started a month ago. What changed? Windows update?

Try this. Press Windows Key + R. In the box type dxdiag.exe and press OK.

Does that test of DXDIAG run okay?

It has a connection as you wrote. The throttle can only be connected to the yoke. oke i clicked on "yes" and now new box popped up "diagnostic tool to DirectX" i made a trouble find and is done now and i can click on "save all informations" just click on it and done?

Jeg har min mus, tastatur og en adapter til min hovedtelefon, bare fordi jeg har brug for at være lidt længere, så kan jeg tage det ud, hvis det skulle være problemet, men problemet var før, fordi jeg lige har brugt adapteren for 1 uge siden. B, før jeg lige har plugget det i min pc normalt fra mikroindgangen

It's a PS/2 connection so the throttle can only be connected to the yoke. Thanks. Danish, sorry for saying German. 🙁

Did it complete successfully? That's a check of DirectInput which P3D uses. The next time your yoke stops working run that command again and see if it works.

I'm sorry but I can't think of anything else. Do you have a friend with P3D you can ask to try your yoke? Do you have another joystick you can try?

okay thanks for the help i will see if there are any improvement. I have no friends who plays this game and before i bought the Yoke i played with PS3 controller and it worked well without any issues and of course no issue in the beginning when i bought the yoke and as i told you i got this problem for like 1 month ago🙂 i will try it out so if it disconnect again then i have to run this command again while P3D is open without close it and see if it works again right?

If it worked up to a month ago it sounds like either a Windows update has caused it or just coincidence and it has developed a fault. If you've had it less than 12 months it will still be under warranty.

I'm not sure if you can run DXDIAG.EXE when P3D is running. Try it. If it fails it confirms there is a problem that is also affecting P3D.

DXDIAG is a useful check if your DirectInput hardware is working correctly. P3D uses DirectInput so if DXDIAG runs okay then so will P3D.

Jeg prøvede det, hvad du sagde, jeg skulle, og det fungerede fint som 5-10 minutter efter, at jeg gjorde DXDIAG-kontrollen, og jeg var så tæt på at komme tilbage og fortælle dig, jeg tror, problemet var løst, men når jeg nærmer sig banen, blev den afbrudt igen kører jeg DXDIAG igen og intet foregår det lyder realistisk også, fordi det bare indlæser alle de tilsluttede enheder, og når oket  bare automatisk afbrydes, så kan det gøre en anden. Jeg replugged USB og køre DXDIAG igen, så det tog kun som 1 minut at afbryde forbindelsen. : / 

I bought the yoke from a guy in a website like eBay in international, but just a danish site the whole Denmark know the site dont worry not a scam site or something like that i have even sold so many items self 🙂

I tried that what you said I should, and it worked fine as 5-10 minutes after I did the DXDIAG check and I was so close to come back and tell you, I think the problem was solved, but When I approach the runway, it auto-disconnected again, I run DXDIAG again and nothing happend it sounds realistic too, because it only loads all the connected devices, and when the yoke just automatically disconnect, it can do fine and load it. I replugged the USB and run DXDIAG again, then it took only 1 minute to disconnect again. : /

 

sorry when the text sends on danish it happens because i have a translator on the site and sometimes i use it when there are some words i dont understand

The first part is in Danish which I can't understand, sorry. Was it new or used when you bought it? Even if it was new it could be difficult to prove it is faulty.

Itf you're certain all USB power management is disabled then it does sound as though it is faulty. Suggest you start looking for a replacement.

I understand about using a translator.

but something i dont understand is why and how it just can happen out of the blue can you feel me? then it doesn't make sense to me. Just think everything work fine no problems and next time you plug it in and the issue starts so WEIRD :((((

Try it on another computer if you can. Doesn't need P3D to be installed. Just plug the yoke and throttle in and go into Devices and Printers. Then select the yoke and right-click. Choose Game Controller or Properties. I can't remember which one.

You can see the axes moving. Test it for 5-10 minutes. If it's okay then it could be something on your computer. If it still stops responding then it's the yoke.
