Thanks.........Steff As Kyle say and/or maybe you are using the brakes too much on taxiing to the runway. A captain on a A380, said recently, where possible he limits the use of the brakes due to high temp build up. He also says a sharp braking action is better than a gradual 'riding' the brake action, as the riding action builds up temps very quick. Geoff Bryce
