FSX-MS Installation Problems

I'm doing a full reinstall of FSX (coming back!) but am having some issues. As you can see from the link I have buildings and trees on the ground at KSEA and I am having some elevation problems.

I'm thinking the UTX needs to go lower in the scenery library?

Is that default KSEA scenery or are you using any addon scenery for KSEA in which case you might have duplicate AFCAD files for the airport?

In general you are probably better keeping the UT entries as low as possible in the scenery library - I have mine just above the default entries in the library.
