ORBX Scenery Issue - Blocky Tiles

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I'm having scenery issues around the Canary Islands where the sea and one of the Islands I don't have scenery for are very blocky, as in you can see the tiles and in some cases the sea is across the land. I've tried running the Vector tool and it is still the same after running it. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

I am running the following:

Prepar3D V4.1

ORBX Global Base

ORBX Vector

ORBX Open LC Europe

ORBX Trees

MK Studio's GCFV

MK Studio's GCTS

Thanks,

Jonathan

That's almost always caused by a scenery layering issue.  If you go to the scenery library, are the two MK studio airports above all of the ORBX stuff?  Vector should be below OpenLC europe as well.

Hi Gridley,

Thanks for your response. I’m going to double check that. I’ve done some research across Google and I’m wondering if a Forced Migration from FTX Central might solve it. Someone mentioned it is used when there is water where there should be land.

Thanks,

I use Lorby`s AddonOrganizer in P3Dv4 you will see what order your scenery is in, and you can move scenery up and down.
