Your post title should indicate the topic, not your name.

The message you receive from the OC tells you exactly what to do. If you have not already you will need to create an account at PMDG Product Support (support and sales accounts are separate) before creating the ticket.

When an error message gives you a direction, you should follow it.

Additionally, your thread title being the exact same as your user name is completely useless to anyone scrolling through to see if they'd want to jump in and help you. Use titles descriptive to the issue. I've updated the title for you, so that you can see an example, and others will have an idea of what this thread is about.
