January 27, 20188 yr I have the 777/200R/F boxed edition on my computer, I purchased the 777/300 but when I try install it to my computer I get a message saying I have to update my base edition of 777/200R/F and it will not install, the message appears after the RUN sign appears. Don't no ware to go from here can u help Thank you William Leathley
January 27, 20188 yr Well William, you probably have an out of date version of the 777. Open up PMDG ops center and it should show you need to update your base version. I don't have the links or specific info but you I know you do have to go to the point of sale to get an update. Once you get the update, uninstall the old version, install the new version, and run the Operations Center to check for any on-line updates. Dan Downs KCRP
