AS16 causes FSX-SE crash?

I didn't read the error it gave me, but I just assumed it was one of those innocuous things that you  just don't pay attention to and didn't even read it, but whatever it was caused FSX to crash, and I haven't flown since, mostly due to not having time. Anyone else had this issue with AS16? I was flying from CYVR to KSFO in the PMDG 737 NGX V2. 

Overall AS16 seems to me to be a pretty trouble free addon and I've never had any issues with it causing FSX to crash nor any error messages related to AS16. If this was just a one-off crash, perhaps just keep flying and see if it happens again and, if it does, make a note of the error message.
