Even if it is not a bug, it is a very annoying thing. I give PMDG a 100 % score on everything else, but this is has a 0% score in my opinion.

This is a sim limitation, honestly.

Several other add-on aircraft with this level of complexity have this same issue. Majestic, FSLabs...

This isn't a PMDG issue. It's a sim issue. It's annoying that the sim isn't better optimized for hardware, too. Shall we chase that issue down and attempt to solve that drawback of someone else's programming?

You find it annoying? Then don’t load one PMDG sim over another. It’s not just the fuel load that might go wrong. Why risk it?

It isn’t just PMDG either. Loading issues affect all complex addons in FSX/ESP based platforms. I doubt the forthcoming NG3 will be any different in that respect.
