February 9, 20188 yr Hi all. I've had the PMDG 747 for quite a while. All of the sudden, this has started to happen. I load into P3D v4 with the 747, and the screens are black, there's no gear, the yoke is back and to the left, the throttles are pushed forward (no thrust), but there is the idling sound of the engines. I've attempted a reinstall thousands upon millions of times, as well as updating the product. I have also tried repairing and reinstalling SimConnect many times, and nothing has seemed to work. Any ideas? Thanks.
February 9, 20188 yr after you had reinstalled it a thousand millions of times I'am quite sure if you would have done it one more time it would have solved your issues, best bet is to submit a support ticket in I7-8700k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,, gtx 1080ti Card, RM850 power supply Peter kelberg

I think i recall Kyle mentioning before that AV software causes such issues, corrupting the install....have you tried a fresh re-install from your account and updating with your AV disabled? I had many such issues after an update via the operations center and performed a clean re-install and update with my AV disabled (uninstalled my PMDG product before re-installing). I have since deleted my AV software and am using Windows Defender...
