Some people want to buy a product and install it. Remember when 4.1 came out their was topic after topic about how to upgrade. I remember a guy who was in his 80s posting about how he was getting confused. Sometimes some computer developers really don't get how to deal with people and customers. I've send it before and I say it again. The customer is king whether you like it or not , hes King, he puts the food on your table and the roof over your head. Is the customer an word not allowed, absolutely, but he's still king and a lot of IT professionals have a real problem dealing with this and people skills in general. An example of really good customer skills is the guy who runs simarket, he's a machine that guy. An example of really bad customer service, look at the fsdreamteam (he belittles his customers) for just below average look at the orbx forum (they speak down at thier customers) and for excellent service log a ticket at simarket or activesky, gets dealt with in minutes, politely and professionally. It's a simple concept to understand. Keep a punter happy they will come back again and again.

No offense but I would advise these people to not even thinking of installing a flight sim like P3D or FSX. Install and forget is not going to happen with these two. Basic file management skills are just the price of admission here. Anyone expecting things to just work should be directed to next gen stuff like AeroFly FS. gb. YSSY. Funny you should say that. I raised my first simmarket ticket on Sunday morning, took a total of 4minutes to get a reply on a Sunday :)
