I'll bet you are trying to use a "gift" card, right ?  Yes, that is a problem that exists to prevent terrorists from funneling money fro the U.S. to over seas folks.

  I usually use a gift card for online purchases but glad I noticed your post so I use a regular card to purchase the Maddog...
