FS2CREW PDMG 737 and Mic

Featured Replies

Just about to the get the above (am using P3Dv4) and noticed the best way to use FS2Crew seems to be with a mic.............

Currently using my 737 pdmg with a 5.1 surround speaker system - just wondering what mic people would recommended and can I continue to use the

speakers with some kind of mic or do I need to use it only with a headphones/mic?

Also in terms of FS2Crew (never used the product before) so is it possible to use it for just different parts of the flight (for example take off and landings) or does it need to be always on and if you miss steps in the check lists (for example) does it still work or do you need to follow the steps all fairly precisely?

Sorry for missing this...

USB headsets are best.  You don't need anything fancy.  A generic one will do.  I use the Microsoft one.

With FS2Crew you can skip to different stages of the flight by advancing the mode manually.  You don't need to start from the very beginning every time.

Best,
