March 1, 20188 yr Anyone else get this at cruise? Throttles move around and hunt for airspeed during cruise.
March 1, 20188 yr Same here. Not sure if it is a bug or just the older auto throttle system... Klaus Schmitzer i7-14700KF 5.6GHz Water Cooled /// ZOTAC RTX 4070 TI Super 16GB /// 32GB RAM DDR5 /// Win11 /// SSDs only DCS - XP12 - MSFS2020
March 1, 20188 yr I suspect it isn't a bug, as the following paragraph appears in the Continental Airlines MD80 FCOM - 'It is recommended that Indicated Airspeed (IAS) be used as the cruise speed reference. Mach number is a function of OAT and variations thereof cause excessive and unnecessary throttle “hunting.”'
