Friction Fix...

Featured Replies

Believe it or not - I was working the tower cab when a JAL 747 slid off the taxiway headed for 6R at PANC.  Broke the fuselage - no fatatlities and mostly walking wounded.  A combination of wind and ice.

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

Thank you Jose, desperately needed this ... anyone know if LR are working on a more permanent fix?

Cheers, Rob.

It's bit of a misnomer, actually the only thing the script does, is forcing XP to use the "damp runway" coefficient of friction instead of the lower "wet runway" one (when XP decides that the runway is actually wet).
