MCE And PMDG 737 NGX

This patch should get you going. Only need to replace "mce.exe", the other files are unchanged.

Also, extended the feature to PMDG 747 QOTS and PMDG 777 with fuel loading done on CDU 2

Hi Gerald ... The preflight works perfectly with FO using right CDU.

Now the issue is , end of flight setting wheel chocks and ground power he is still using the left CDU and not the right CDU as he is supposed to 😐

Ground power and chocks are usually handled via the left CDU because the right one may not be powered when you get in touch with mechanic.

Will see if it can be moved to right side without breaking current functionality.
