I have a Dell 8500 with a i7-3770 and 8 GB Ram and an AMD Radeon HD 7570 video card running Win 8.1.  I have a dedicated 250 GB SSD for my flight simulator system.  I'm feed up with Win 8.1 and am thinking about doing a clean Win 10 install.

I'm looking for recommendations for the follow-on systems.  Should I stick with FSX and all my PMDG aircraft or bite the bullet and install P3DV4 which would also require new software?

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

I'd say that if FSX runs well on your system at present and you're happy with it, why change? Is there some particular thing that you don't get from FSX? I found that FSX ran better in Windows 10 which may have been a combination of the clean OS install and the fact that (for me at least) Windows 10 just seems generally faster.

Thanks for your input.  I know my box supports FSX well so I might as well stick with it considering what I have invested in add-ons for FSX.  When I decide to upgrade the box, maybe I'll take a different approach.
