Fo sets display switch in NAV

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My FO always sets the CAPT display switch to NAV before any flow.

Thing is:

During the before Taxi checklist the FCTL display is then MFD2 (EICAS2) not MFD1.

Using the product since day 1 and never had this issue.

I started using the PMDG long panel state with no customisations.

Other way round - in which position should that switch initially be? (ND or MFD)

The reason where switching the knob is to ensure that the ECL gets displayed.

It can be tricky getting the ECL page to consistently show given the limits of the SDK, so we have to be creative.

Please don't over analyze the knobs too much.
