Read the following topic here on Avsim and see if following what is detailed there solves your issues. And in particular do a web search for, find, and apply the fix contained in "SaitekUSBFix.zip".  Keep it handy as you may need to apply it again in the future after any system changes.

My Saitek issues started in Windows 7. Just never solved them until they surfaced again in Windows 10, which was a new system.  So I would try the steps.  Read more here, which was written during Windows 8:  http://uraster.com/en-us/products/usbenhancedpowermanagerdisabler.aspx

Hope this helps you.

Saitek panels are very ensitive to low power , I dont know if you are using powered hubs , but you should , will solve a lot of problems..

Also follow the steps to stop windows to power off the devices,,

Jorge. You might try reading the previous responses and follow the links they contain.  He's been there, done that.

Amr.  Here is a link to the more simplistic original Spad app/driver. It is unrelated to Spad.Next other than that both try to do the same thing.  Spad was earlier and simplistic.  Spad.Next is more recent, sophisticated and highly customizable.  Lets use original Spad to see if the Multi-Panel has life. Then proceed from the result.

Download it and use it instead of Spad.Next, focusing only on the Multi-Panel for the sole purpose of determining if you can get a response from the Multi-Panel.  If you can get a response using Spad then there is likely some setting to address in Spad.Next.

http://fstools.weebly.com/download.html

I had a cold and dark issue with my Multi-Panel early this year after two years of total satisfaction and after updating Spad.Next.  After a lot of effort I found something in Spad.Next that needed to be set properly.  For the life of me I do not recall what it was.  So first try to find life in your Multi Panel.  Then proceed from there.  Make sense?

Hi Frank

I am back from work and tried the method with the old Spad all panels worked perfect but no life  in the Multi panel my guess it is burned as everything works except the multi panel  . My friend in IT asked me to plug it  in my laptop USB and check if power comes on , nothing came on is there anything left to try or should I go ahead and order a new one ? Let me know

Best Regards
