March 31, 20188 yr I'm registered with PMDG under the old password system where all you needed was a User Name and a Password...both of which I have. Under the new system, PMDG wants to send me a code by email through which to reset my password. Unfortunately they don't appear to have my email address on file. How can I login without having to create a new account?

Submit a ticket with your old email and explain the problem. They will set you up. Dan Downs KCRP
