How to voice-request FP changes?

How to:

1) Request a different runway?

2) Request a differen STAR?

3) Request a different RWY for landing?

4) Request a dfferent STAR?

5) Request vectors to final?

Thanks

You can't verbally request a different STAR.

To request a different approach or Runway, you request a new approach to the desired runway. - <CallSign> request ILS to runway 35.

To get vectors, you request vectors to an approach for a runway. <CallSign> request vectors to ils for runway 35.

If flying a SID, you will get the runway in the SID.  If not, you can then request taxi to runway 35 and you will get runway 35.

So if I change say to my runway 35 will I be given another SID? If not, what will I be supposed to fly? Direct to the 1st waypoint in fpl?

Thanks,

If you want to fly a SID, change the SID in your flight plan and File it again.  Then request clearance again and you'll get the requested SID and runway.

If flying VFR or IFR without a SID, request taxi to the desired runway.  Then follow standard departure procedures for VFR or IFR without a SID.
