June 28, 200619 yr Author Commercial Member Jeff this is sad... when their 777 was released it took me 9 tries to download at the same d/l speed you are having. Imaging how long that took for them to reset my counter 3 times. BAH! Good luck pal. I wish FeelThere would get a different publisher or just sell it themselves... makes no sense.Tim Tim FuchsManaging PartnerREX SIMULATIONS website: www.rexsimulations.comsupport: www.rexaxis.com

July 4, 200619 yr Ok this is my first purchase with a FeelThere/Wilco product and here are my thoughts.Purchase, download and installation went without a hitch and first impressions of the Legacy were very good, but when I went to change the plane in the aircraft menu (mid flight, well taxi) to look at another variant, the sim CTD. I then booted up the sim, selected the Legacy and again CDT. Now this has been a random problem when selecting an aircraft in the menu over the last 24 hours since install.But....I tried to join their forum, but no activation email was recieved (I checked my spam filter).I emailed their support, but no reply in nearly 24 hours (quite a short time I know, but this is what I expect for an online purchase).I emailed their forum support but no reply AND there has been a posting on it by Victor in the last 24 hours, who appears to be a member of the team. Now I'm guessing since I haven't read about this anywhere else that I have a conflict, but as to what I'm not sure. But how do I go about working with their team to try and rectify this problem for myself and future customers if I can't make any contact? Please, if anybody from FeelThere or Wilco are reading this, can they please contact me by replying to the various emails I've sent. I'm not flaming you, I'm just at a loss of how to continue. Thanks,Nick ChurchillPs. I have just contacted wilco using their "support form", I'm hopng a response will be a little more prompt.
July 4, 200619 yr Ok, I'm now happy to report that the issue was IE7 Beta 2, Beta 3 has fixed the problem. Of course it's typical that I find the issue posted on another forum not 20 mins after working it out myself! So I'm very happy that the Legacy hasn't been the problem and I trust I'll be able to enjoy it for a long time. However I'm very dissapointed in the apparant lack of support, especially as I've had another email bounced back. I do hope they will resolve this issue in the very near future.Nick out!
July 5, 200619 yr Just in case Feelthere is monitoring this thread:Get a new publisher (Flight 1 wink wink) You are getting no help from Wilco, just a bad rep...My 2 cents
July 5, 200619 yr I've got to endorse that comment. I tried to d/l the SP1 last night. It trickles out at 3Kb/sec and then drops out after about 2 meg. Farcical.Jeff Jeff Hunter
July 6, 200619 yr I was actually luckier, it took me a rough 55 mn to get it downloaded. I had to double check my modem again to make sure nobody swaped it with a dial up when I wasn't looking...
