cannot reset password PMDG

Hi, my names LeeHill as i read on the rules it is required to use my name or face the post being deleted, i think lol 

 

  so i recently reinstalled FSX and wanted to get my PMDG aircraft back as follows 

 

777-300ER 

 

737-600 and 700 

 

however after trying multiple times to reset my password all i got was the link has expired on there site

 

can anyone help and yes that is all the info i have that is basically the error i had the link has expired it had something else but idk what or dont remember, and i think i took a screenshot if you need it kindly reqeust it and i'll re send it here

Please open a ticket at support.precisionmanual.com in order to look at it. Password issues are better to be treated via ticketing than an open forum

hi thanks for u reply and thats cool it was just what i read on the rules to avoid conflicts with others, anyway i think i have to do the same thing to get the support tickets as i will need to reset my password on there also because its been a while since i used the site, i therefore have forgotton my password, wich is normally heroes and the year wich last time i used the site would be eaither 2016 or 17 and so fourth but i will try it if not i need to refer here to alert u to this so it can be resolved

Support is different account than the store. There is a password reminder there if this does not work you can open a new support account with your current email

Hi sorry for the late reply yes i got the login sent to me to login to my orders account u know for to check my orders i have made i can get the download that way however i still gotta log in when i click the link to the download, also when i tried logging into the support account it did not work though i have the email for that login sent to me as i menstioned, above. i will try what u suggested now if i can find it

So, to be clear, you need a password/username for the PMDG Store, a password/username for support to submit a trouble ticket.  Have you tried to register a new account for PMDG support?

i do thats what im trying to say  i cant reset the password cuz the store login link expires it comes up saying its expired the support account i cant reginster a second account, because it tells me my email is already in use, and i only use one email, so i cant get logged in at all or reset passwords or make new accounts for the support account, if that makes any sense

is it not possible since i cant clearly send or login into your site for to submit a fresh ticket and i cant use the old emails to reply and just copy the name of the support teams email and make a new one cant you ask your support team to send an email to me ( [email protected] and manage the problem that way all i wanna do is download 2 orders thats it

I think you are confusing thinks

There are two portals

 

1) The store which has a user name and a password set for your account

2 The support portal at support.precisionmanuals.com which has another user name and password if you have ever registered to it. This depending on the user may be the same user name and passord as the store it might not be.

You need to go to the support.precisionmanuals.com and file the ticket. The password reminder for that does not contain any links

nope not getting confused here this is the email for password reset that is the login im trying to use ( THAT DOES NOT WORK ) sorry but this is causing me to tear my hair out

The password reminded sent you the user name and password. If you go to the support.precisionmanuals.com and put them in what happens? Did you try to copy paste?
