What can I do? We don't discuss activation issues on forums for obvious reasons. Fill-out "Registration.txt" file, found inside \Multi Crew Experience\ installation folder including serial number you obtained on purchase and send it to register[at]multicrewxp.com Thank you. The key when saved to external backup can survive a C drive format and installation of ANY Windows version. You had a key since 2012, and not needed a new one since, until now. All you had to do is send "Registration.txt" and be patient for the next 24 hours, knowing that once you install MCE on a new machine you already have a 3 days grace period while you're waiting for a new key (which you now received). Just a case of panicked user. Not a big deal though. Uuuuughhhhh Edited September 11, 20187 yr by FS++ Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
