July 11, 200619 yr Hi all, love the Tinmouse panel! I always enjoy trying to learn the older generation of airplanes as they tend to be a bit trickier than todays glass thingies, lol.Got some questions though, I /Tord Hoppe, Sweden
July 11, 200619 yr Tord, You are correct on everything, CWS for the ptich channel means you manually set the pitch attitude and the A/P will maintain it, until you reach the desired cruise where you can then engage Alt Hold. Again there is no A/T so all thrust settings are done manually, I do exactly the same as yourself for t/o by entering a reduced temp which then automatically drives the EPR gauges to there t/o power setting all you have to do is match the needle to the bug. I think the CLB, CRZ GA modes aren't working but then again I could be wrong.Does anyone know what the Turb setting does for a pitch mode??Thanks.

October 11, 200619 yr Hi all,I am new to simming, and trying to fly with TinMouse V1.2. I assume after adjusting TakeOff EPR by Thrust Performance computing device, one have to adjust the actual thrust manuaşşy by thrust levers, and there is no actual speed control by autothrottle. I am also flying 727-200 with EPR related thrust and speed controls, panel by Probst, and there is a "throttle" switch which activates autothrottle and speed control. I think a similar switch is available for TinMouse too, but I cant find it. I tried "Ctrl R", but it didnt work. I use an unregistered FSUIPC, maybe thast the reason. Thanks for any suggestions.
October 11, 200619 yr With the dreamfleet 727 the throttles are all manual using the EPR and using the charts in the manual (wgt/alt).It's fun to fly that way sometimes. Flying the NG series makes you lazy :D Al Stiff
