September 10, 20187 yr I noticed that Aeroplane Heaven have a Lancaster available that seems to be compatible with P3D V4. I have no previous experience with their products but flying the Lancaster would seem to be a different experience and I like flying the classics from A2A and the PMDG DC6. Has anyone given the Lancaster a try in V4.3 and what can I expect from the developer. Johan Pienaar
November 14, 20187 yr If it can help, I've done a flight with it and I enjoyed my experience. It's an immersive plane and most of the stuff you'd expect is clickable. If you follow most procedures from the flight manual, the aircraft operates in a believable manner. It's no A2A module but it's certainly much better than I initially anticipated. https://forums.mudspike.com/t/the-official-4th-annual-mudspike-christmas-flight-2018-edition/6950/331?u=chuck_owl

A2A/Accusim aircraft are another level altogether. The AH Lancaster is certainly no A2A B-17 ... but ... you get what you pay for and the Lancaster is still hugely enjoyable. Whilst it may be missing the *additional* features of A2A aircraft - what it has, it does well. External modelling is good and the VC as well up to the latest AH/JF standards. Nothing leaps out at you as being below par in any way. Overall, I'd say it's a commendable effort from AH and worth it! Adam.
