September 10, 20187 yr Hi I'm sure I've set my system to the best of FSX, but I'm not satisfied. I've seen videos where it's all just running and I've doubted if my setup is optimal. Is there anyone out there who will just look at my CFG in comparison with my system and tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I improve it ? September 11, 20187 yr Administrators Also, don't believe what you see in Youtube videos. Most are heavily doctored with editing software that make them look that good. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!
September 15, 20187 yr Completely agree with the above comment, Some of them use so many after effects and tricks such as double speed playback they are not much like the sim itself. When i started recording my flights and uploading them i made the conscious decision to record at 30FPS which is what my sim is set to and to playback at 30FPS. It can put new users off if they see a "fantastic" video then try to recreate the flight in their sim and realise it bears little resemblence. My youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/Dkentflyer
