I understand you must check on ("PMDG 737" or "Boeing 737")

I have changed this to

        if string.find(acftname,"PMDG 737",0,true) then
         GSX_PMDG_737 ()

        elseif string.find(acftname,"Boeing 737",0,true) then
         GSX_PMDG_737 ()  and it worked

Q. Where are the variables such as "3D00" listed, i never have found it in FSUIPC5 documentation.

a new lib.GSX.lua downloaded and all airplans are working as expected --- no Error anymore

I have now found variables listed.

I really can't say. I use it since many years and I think I probably found it once in the FSUIPC forum. But have no clue any more to be honest

This is the FSUIPC offset 0x3D00 for the current aircraft name. See /modules/fsuipc documentation/fsuipcX offsets status.
