I guess the lack of response probably answers your question but why not make it yourself using FSEarthTiles? I've been doing the Philippines and it's quite easy if you are not concerned about water masks.

I would say the issue may be obtaining areal imagery to begin with, and probably even harder to obtain good HQ imagery.
