After my PMDG 777 test I exited P3Dv3 and got the same error I had when I submitted the ticket to PMDG 737 (FSX) a year ago using FSX .

PMDG 737 / 777 DLL errors shown here are from the Windows Event Viewer PMDG ticket a year ago.

I use Win7-64 Professional.

Why would the Support ticket or my personal information be missing from the system?

Yes I am still with team 🙂

 

Old support tickets are archived after some time and no longer available for immidiate searches. THe PMDG_737NGX_2.dll error on exit on P3Dv3 and FSX is known and happens on some customers. This error on exit does not affect the sim operation at all

Chris,

All I knew was the problem (ticket) was being looked into so I assumed it would still be an open ticket item.

I was never informed it had been closed.

 

One advantage to posting in the AVSIM/PMDG forums is the posts remain for searches and comment.

The crash on exit is known and it is looked, but it is not reproducible in any of our systems currently. This does not mean we are not looking for a cause of it 🙂

The ticket has been closed since this is a known issue and is present in our internal tracking system.

I had originally thought I had two tickets. Actually it was one ticket with the same dll error on two PMDG products (737/777).

The ticket status in the portal would be set as closed. I do not believe an email is sent when the ticket is closed.
