November 9, 20187 yr Shalom and greetings all my pals, Israeli air force had been invited to participate in annual Red Flag Operation exercises held in Alaska so the country decided to send its 707 refuel tankers to participate in Red Flag Operation flying from Tel Aviv via England for refueling to KPSM Portsmouth International Airport one nautical mile west of the central business district of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States on way to Alaska Why KPSM Portsmouth International Airport? That is because that is where many KC-135s of USAF are based and it is ideal place not only for refueling but also for any possible spare part replacements or repairs if needed. Nice sunset wing view Sorry cannot resist another one At 20,000 ft waiting for further descent orders Passing city landscape of Boston More sunset wing view Leaving city landscape of Boston At 10,000 ft On final runway approach Seconds before touchdown TOUCHDOWN Braking down Parked at guest apron awaiting for fuel trucks to arrive to refuel for final leg of trip to Alaska Thank you for viewing. Please stay tuned for next exciting flight. Regards, Aharon
