Reality GTN 750

I am flying the Scenery -Copper Canyon 

Lots of small airstrips which I can see and find with my X Plane Map

However putting in the appropriate coordinates to GTN 750 does not mate up to the airstrips 

Is there something I could do?

Try using Garmin North America Navdata instead of Jeppesen World. IF that is where you are fying.
