"After departure, direct to TOJAM"

Recommended Posts

LoL....the names of some fixes can really crack you up. 🤣  Who doesn't like a little toe jam right after departure?

Just outta Eagle County (KEGE), on my way to Seattle.

Flanking shot of my CJ2 and some beautiful mountains.  (Changed the color of the default N68FF because it's the company CFO's favorite) 😉

Funny name, indeed,...I think the local folks deliberately do it sometimes in the naming process...🙂...

The tail shot against the backdrop looks lovely!

BTW, I'm glad, for a change, you found time to take a small twin-jet out for a ride...instead of the jumbo!

Hehe.....yeah...in fact haven't taken a jumbo for a long ride in a bit.  Been enjoying flying my CJ with the excellent RXP GTN 750 addon all around the country!  My last 747 ride was a whimsical one from PAJN to PANC just enjoying the scenery....got some cool shots of my Lufthansa Cargo 748 paint.

Here she is just out of Juneau

And on approach to Anchorage

On the ramp, next to a Polar 744 with a Cathay Cargo lifting off for Singapore.

Still love my jumbos, but every one in a while its fun to switch it up.

Must be nice to fly your own jumbo repaints! I'm rather familiar with these LH liveries. During my many layovers at Frankfurt, for several hours each time, I get a good window seat and watch these LH jumbos in motion...while enjoying a bit of German food and drink...
