How good are the defaultplanes in FSX? Improved compaired to FS9? Can they compete with our addon planes for FS9?For example how does the FSX Baron compares to the Dreenfleet Baron 58 for FS9?

I don't really fly payware planes, but the default Baron in FSX seems to certainly be better than the one in FS9.

Let me put it this way: even if DF's Baron wouldn't work with FSX right away and even if it would take them months to patch it up (both assumptions rather unlikely, but anyway), the default Baron would be more than good enough to shorten the wait and make you miss... not all that much.Regards,http://www.bremmekamp.com/img/misc/avsim.jpg

Don't we have problem installing it and telling it's to be used with FSX when there are no such options?

What I noticed on the CRJ specifically is the operational APU, and the different pages on the EICAS screen. That's definately an improvement over FS9.

I wish the Lear was a little more accurate looking. The FS Lear 45 still has the wrong nose (it needs to be more pointy). Of course, one of the only default aircraft I'm looking forward too has absolutley NO payware equivelant, and AFAIK, none in the planning stages. :(I will be flying that CRJ a lot though. I always liked CRJs. :)
