Snow and rain in FSX ...

Featured Replies

look worse than FS2004. Anyone agree?Especially the windshield raindrops animation looks much better in FS2004. And the way the snow falls in FS2004 looks more realistic.

Well, I dont see any windshield raindrops effects in the vc view... Maybe it is my card, but the FS9 animated textures (vc_rain_moving_1000 etc) are missing from the texture folder... ??Korber

perhaps it's still 'work in prgress' ?? Since this is a demo from a beta.

And its not wind affected and it can rain when its clear above. When is the weather system upgrade?

The effects work only in 2D cockpits. But not with the Ultralight because it doesn't have a windshield. :)
