March 7, 20197 yr Im having this same problem and trying to follow the steps above. A bit confused with this instruction: Verify that the check marks are missing next to "Full control" and "Special permissions" at the bottom of the list. Should the check marks be missing for deny or allow? My allows are faded, and I can only deny full control down to write, with speclal permission not given options to tick. March 10, 20197 yr First try running X-Plane as administrator. If that doesn't work, uninstall the GTN. If you installed X-Plane "As Administrator" then re-install the GTN "As Administrator". If you installed X-Plane without choosing run as administrator, re-install GTN normally (do not run as administrator).
