Licensed user but cannot get latest versions

Hi,

purchased the controller and cloud shadows circa 12/17/2016 and have version 3.2

Have no record of where I purchased them, fastspring have been no help at all as they say the last email address they sent for another product order is not valid so I cant logon or change it or anything.

Despite having good email records going back a decade I cannot find an order confirmation of this purchase, although my INSTALL directory has the install files plus valid keys supplied at time of purchase.

Could you explain here or pm what to do?

I have located your orders (18/12) and resent you the details.  Obviously they have been resent to the email located in your order.  If you have no access to that email ( it really isn’t clear to me from the posting above) then pm me your new email and I will get fastspring to update the order.  There is nothing to log on to so I don’t understand what fastspring were saying to you, but no matter it’s simple to fix it all for you.

got email and updates thanks very much! The fastspring login problem was that they sent me an email confirmation of an order for other unrelated software with link to 'check my orders' so I figured that would take me to the DX10 order as well. Seeing as the link or the login dont work anyway I'm grateful you still support the product direct..excellent! (groan....sorry for the bad pun!)
